I can testify of the truthfulness of what Elder Bednar has spoken.

The priesthood was restored to Joseph Smith by the laying on of hands by heavenly messengers who had that authority to do so. I know that the power of God is found in the priesthood which is found in the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints (Mormon).
